The Purpose Is To Empower The Hispanic/Latino Community To Reduce The Negative Impact Of Hiv/Aids, Violence, And Abuse Of Alcohol, Tobacco And Other Drugs Through Culturally Sensitive, Holistic Prevention, Education, Intervention, Treatment, And Reentry Programs. They Also Provide Outreach, Education, Prevention And Early Intervention To Support Activities, Training, Consultation And Treatment Services For The Hispanic Community, And To Provide Those Things Necessary For The Operation, Support Or Benefit Of The Hispanic Community.
