    The Purpose Of The American Indian Action Fund Is To Raise Funds To Advance The Charitable Needs Of American Indians And The Communities In Which They Live And To Protect And Defend The Legal Rights Associated With Such Charitable Needs. In Furtherance Of This Purpose, The American Indian Action Fund Will Hold High-Profile Fundraisers From Time-To-Time And Will Encourage Individuals And Businesses To Make Contributions In Support Of These Charitable Causes. The American Indian Action Fund Is Committed To (I) Supporting Organizations, Including Non-Profits And Charities, Who Provide The Legal And Other Services Needed To Defend, Protect And Advance The Rights Of Individuals Fighting For American Indian Causes And Rights And To Advance The Social Welfare And Charitable Needs Of Such Communities, And (Ii) Directly Or Indirectly, Assisting Individuals Involved With These Causes, Who Would Otherwise Lack The Financial Or Other Resources And May Otherwise Have Gone Unrepresented.
