In Kcrqf Had 18 Regional Quilt Guilds As Corporate Members Who, Through Their Volunteers, Plan And Execute A Conference Every Other Year. The 2019 Festival Provided Classes And Lectures To Teach Various Skills For Quilting. The Member Guilds Exhibited Quilts Demonstrating The Craft Of Quilting. There Were Two Special Exhibitions Of Quilting. There Are Quilts Entered To Be Judged In Multiple Categories, Where The Makers And Entrants Receive The Judges'' Written Evaluations And Awards Are Given Out In Various Categories Of Quilting Skill Presentation. Any Profits From The Festival/Conference Are Distributed To The Guild Members (All Non-Profits) Who Use Those Proceeds For Educational Programming Throughout The Year. No Individuals Receive Compensation For Their Services.
