The Organization''s Primary Purposes Are To Educate The Public On The Name, Life, Works And Legacy Of Benjamin H. Marshall And To Revive His Dialogue On The Role Of The Architect In The Urban Environment And In Society As A Whole. Among His Best-Known Works Are Chicagos Drake Hotel, The Edgewater Beach Hotel (No Longer Extant) And Edgewater Beach Apartments, The South Shore Country Club (Now Cultural Center), The Blackstone Hotel, The Blackstone Theater, The Cuneo Museum And His Visionary East Lake Shore Drive Which He Began In 1911, Designing Five Out Of The Eight Buildings.
