Yampa Valley Land Trust Conserves Natural, Scenic, Agricultural, Historic And Other Important Public And Private Open Land Resources In Northwest Colorado, Including, But Not Limited To, Routt, Moffat, Jackson And Rio Blanco Counties With A Focus On The Upper Yampa River Basin In Routt County And The Upper White River Basin In Rio Blanco County, For The Benefit Of This And Future Generations And With A Commitment To Uphold And Defend The Conservation Easements That It Accepts. Yvlt Was Incorporated In 1992 And Has Conserved Over 54,000 Acres With Perpetual Conservation Easements Valued At Nearly $140 Million (Both Donated And Bargain-Sale Purchased). Yvlt Has The Ongoing Responsibility To Steward, Monitor And Uphold The Terms Of The 72 Conservation Easements That It Holds And Has Established A Stewardship And Legal Defense Fund (Now At $982,278 With $826,487 In Board Designated Restricted Funds, $31,035 In Permanently Restricted Funds And $124,756 In Unrestricted Funds) To Assist With
