Findlay City Mission Seeks To End Homelessness And Hunger By Providing Emergency Shelter, Food Provisions And Access To Essential Services To Help Men, Women And Children Move From Crisis To Stability. For More Than 80 Years, City Mission Has Been Providing These Valuable Services To Hancock County. City Mission Is Funded Entirely From Private Donations; There Is No Government Assistance. Besides Providing Emergency Food And Shelter, City Mission Has Several Programs Designed To Aid Those In The Shelter Find A Path Out Of Homelessness. The Restart Program Focuses On Skills, Training, Abilities, Relationships And Testimony. City Mission Program Leaders Meet With Clients To Create A Plan To Define Goals, Schedule Service Hours And Outline Mission Expectations. The Program Is Tailored To Each Individual And His Or Her Circumstances.
